“I would highly recommend Rob Fusaro to anyone who has a child looking to find the right college to pursue their academic and athletic career. Rob just helped us out tremendously and, on very short notice, helped find my son an unbelievable opportunity that wouldn’t have otherwise been an option.”
“Rob was extremely communicative and responsive throughout the entire process and acted as a great resource for advice and guidance. He was always prepared, thorough, and honest, and continually followed up on all the options. Again I couldn’t recommend Rob more, and am thankful for what he did for our family.”

“I don’t know where to start. Rob was very informative and insightful throughout the recruitment of Aasim “Flash” Burton. His knowledge and college contacts were helpful beyond belief. Without the help of Rob I think our college process would have been stressful and somewhat chaotic on our end because we didn’t have the correct understanding of how the recruitment really works on our end. Rob really knows the recruitment process and we are thankful and appreciative of everything Rob has done for Flash.”

“Rob was always informative and helpful during my son’s recruitment. I entrusted Rob with assisting my child through an at times sporadic process with college programs from all over having an interest in my son. I couldn’t have asked for a more insightful dedicated person. Thanks again Rob.”

“Rob Fusaro played a pivotal role in the recruiting process for my son. During the course of his
recruitment, he aligned my son’s basketball skill set with the appropriate level of competition
and style of play of the various programs. This attention to detail generated additional
opportunities for my son. Through frequent communication with my son, he was also able to
identify the academic goals and school size and setting that matched his preference. My son
ultimately chose a school based on Rob’s grass-roots efforts and he is thriving both athletically
and academically.”
–Chris Schauder (Parent of Gavin Shauder ’22 – Ithaca College (D3) Commit)
“Rob Fusaro was so helpful throughout the whole recruiting process. He impressed us from the beginning because even before contacting us, he had watched a lot of film and got to know the type of player our son was. After briefly introducing himself to me, he reached out to our son directly, so that the two of them could become comfortable working together and to get our son’s thoughts on recruiting. Rob then gave him a list of schools, sorted by academic rigor and level of basketball, and gave us honest advice on where he saw our son being able to succeed. He was willing to reach out to any schools of interest through emails, texts, and phone calls, and took care of sending out information and highlight films. We appreciated how often Rob would communicate directly with our son regarding any updates, but was always willing to talk with us whenever we had questions. He helped us narrow down our options by making suggestions on things we never considered, and in the end, Rob had a huge part in helping my son make his final decision.”

“I have had the pleasure of working with Rob in his role as recruiting coordinator for East Coast Power. Rob is knowledgeable, responsive, and honest. Rob knows how the recruiting process works from a coach’s perspective, as well as the perspective of the student-athlete. I deal with a lot of people in the recruiting world and Rob is at the top!”
-Frank Marcinek (Susquehanna University, Head Basketball Coach)
“Rob Fusaro has been an integral part of our organization for years! Year in and year out his efforts help our athletes not only find a school but find the right fit for them and their families. He is able to take away a lot of the anxiety during the recruiting process with his ability to educate families and athletes on do’s/don’t’s as well as his ability to provide options. His rolodex and dedication are second to none!”
“He is a staple for us here at East Coast Power!”
-Ryan Krawczeniuk (Director of Basketball at East Coast Power AAU)
“I have gotten to know Rob over the last few years and the biggest thing that stands out is how much he cares about the kids that he works with. Rob has the necessary knowledge of both the high school and college landscape allowing him to best help the student-athletes navigate their way through a recruiting process that has gotten crazier and crazier by the year. When Rob tells me about a potential prospect, I have no doubt that he has everyone’s best interest in mind.”
-Tom Barrett (Sacred Heart University (D1), Assistant Basketball Coach)
“Rob was very instrumental in helping Anthony “AJ” Washington, Jr. be recruited by numerous Colleges & Universities despite playing for a small high school. Rob’s knowledge and familiarity of the “College Recruitment Process” and coaches was very helpful in determining what programs would be a good fit, both academically and athletically. Additionally, the highlight reel he produced showcased the skills that are very appealing to college coaches. I have personally recommended Rob to several friends who have high school basketball players who want to play in college. Thanks for your hard work and persistence. It paid off!!!”
–Tony Washington (Father of Anthony “AJ” Washington ’24 – Alvernia University (D3) Commit)
“Rob was recommended to us and he did not disappoint. During our first call with him, he took the time to listen and begin to understand my son’s situation before he launched into recommendations and solutions. After that first call, he quickly had a plan for my son but continued to invest time with him so he could get feedback and refine the plan. Rob was also really great about keeping me in the loop on what was happening which was so helpful for me to do my part with my son. His recruiting process heated up shortly after engaging with Rob and we quickly had a handful of viable offers for my son. Rob was right there the whole way – helping us figure out the pros and cons and, just as importantly, giving us pragmatic advice. Ultimately, my son made a great decision and it was a school Rob had cultivated in just a few short weeks. Rob brings a unique mix of knowledge, connections, passion, and pragmatism to how he helps young athletes and their families navigate the recruitment process. Would recommend working with Rob to anybody!!!”

“I want to let you know how helpful Rob was to my son, Kevin Nowoswiat, and our family throughout the recruiting process the last 8 months. He was in constant contact and always willing to answer any questions that Kevin and I had throughout the process. He has exceptional knowledge and was able to provide open, honest feedback to us which was important to make our college search efficient and realistic. I really appreciated his willingness to forward Kevin’s highlights/info to any college we asked and made connections with assistant coaches for their assessment. We always received feedback from them through Rob and I’m aware that I would have not been able to obtain such information without his assistance. Once we reached the high school season, there were times when some coaches were applying pressure on us to make a quicker decision and Rob was invaluable in helping us manage the situation and relieve our concerns. He was excellent in communicating with the schools we were interested in and allowing us the extra time to acquire all the necessary information so that we could make the best decision for Kevin which was to commit to Franklin & Marshall.”
Mike Nowoswiat (Father of Kevin Nowoswiat ’22 (D3) Franklin & Marshall College)
Rob played a key role in Lleyton’s recruitment process. Our only regret was that we didn’t acquire his services earlier. In a very timely manner, Rob organized all of the schools that had reached out to us and contacted them all to see where we currently stood. In addition to communicating with all of these schools, Rob also reached out to other programs in which he thought Lleyton would be a good fit! Having all of this information organized was extremely useful in weighing the pros and cons and ultimately made this important decision that much easier to make.
I highly recommend Rob’s services to any high school basketball player with goals of playing at the college level.

“Navigating the college basketball recruiting process can be overwhelming, but partnering with Robert Fusaro made it seamless for our son, Zane. Rob’s extensive experience and deep connections within the basketball community were instrumental in identifying Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida, as a great fit for Zane. Rob proactively reached out to schools of interest through emails, texts, and phone calls, handling the dissemination of information and highlight films. We appreciated how often Rob communicated directly with Zane regarding updates, while always letting us know the next steps. His proactive communication with college coaches provided us with invaluable insights into Zane’s standing on their priority lists. This clarity allowed us to focus our efforts on the most promising opportunities, saving time and reducing stress. Moreover, Rob’s guidance ensured that Zane remained organized and engaged in his communications with interested programs. We are particularly grateful for Rob’s consideration of the financial aspects of this decision. His comprehensive approach ensured that Zane’s choice was not only athletically and academically sound but also financially feasible for our family. Thanks to Rob’s dedication and expertise, Zane is set to attend Southeastern University in August 2025, confident in his decision and excited for the future. We wholeheartedly recommend Robert Fusaro to any family seeking a knowledgeable and compassionate guide through the college basketball recruiting journey.”

“Being the parent of a recruitable high school athlete in today’s world is harder than its ever been. The transfer portal and N.I.L. have upended all traditional notions of how and why high school kids get recruited at every level. It is no longer true that simply being a good player with good grades and high character is enough to get kids noticed, much less recruited at the level to which they aspire. I naively assumed that my personal experience being a recruited athlete decades ago gave me greater insight into the process. I was badly mistaken. I had no idea even where to begin to help my son cut through all the noise which surrounds college recruiting and connect him with schools and coaches in which there might be mutual interest. It was a helpless and frustrating feeling to be inundated daily with social media posts of highlight videos and tales of “offers” and official visits and feel like I was letting my child down somehow by not joining that circus.
Enter Rob Fusaro. The first thing Rob did was sit down with me and my son to discuss what he was actually interested in for college academically, geographically, and athletically. From this foundation, we together developed a list of schools which might be both a good fit and realistic in terms of competition level and potential cost. Rob created a detailed spreadsheet of these schools and contacted them on our behalf, coordinated the submission of highlight videos, transcripts, and visits, and kept track of everything so we did not have to. Best of all, Rob maintained steady communication with us and the schools which enabled us to gravitate towards the sweet spot of sincere mutual interest and, ultimately, the perfect spot for my son.
Rob’s assistance in the process was invaluable, not just for the results it achieved, but for the peace of mind and calming influence he brought to it. I cannot recommend Rob’s services highly enough.”
